SAFETY POLICY
Keypact is committed to a strong safety program that protects all staff, property and the public from accidents. Employees at every level, including management, are responsible and accountable for the company’s overallsafety initiatives. Complete and active participation by everyone, every day, in every job is necessary for the safety among all workers on the job site. The management supports participation in the program by all employees and provides appropriate equipment, training and procedures. Employees are responsible for following all procedures, working safely, and, wherever possible, improving safety measures. Supervisors will be held accountable for the health and safety of workers under their supervision. Supervisors are responsible to ensure that machinery and equipment are safe and that workers work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures. Workers must receive adequate training in their specific work tasks to protect their health and safety. Every worker must protect his or her own health and safety by working in compliance with the law and with safe work practices and procedures established by the company. It is in the best interest of all parties to health and safety in every activity. Commitment to health and safety must form an integral part of this organization, from the management to all employees. An injury and accident-free workplace is our goal.
